September 2011 -IT Support companies don’t have it easy when needing to backup Microsoft (MS) Exchange Servers for their customers. These servers often contain the lifeblood of a company – emails, and consequently this lifeblood needs protecting. Demand for a simple, effective and reliable backup is high on the agenda of every IT Support firm and this need has now been fulfilled.

The resultant release is a new service that will backup and restore the latest version of MS Exchange in 3 quick steps.

Research carried out by Depositit discovered that users of Exchange required a product that was Easy to set up, provided Monitoring and when a crisis hit allowed for Quick restore of any component for a customer. The majority of services commercially available required some element of manual intervention and involved tricky restoration practices.
